The Northern College of Costume
Practical training in the art of costume
The Northern College of Costume is based in a light and spacious studio at the centre of the beautiful City of York.
The 15 week Costume making course is a project based, apprentice style programme which concentrates on teaching costume making to industry standard. The class size is kept to a maximum of 8. Now in its 19th year, the College has achieved an excellent reputation for producing highly skilled, industry-ready costume makers.
